Today, lots of people are showing their support for better gun control laws and for the recent Flordia shooting victims and survivors. We are also trying to make a difference in this world by spreading love through kindness rocks.

How to make a difference

There are many ways in this world to make a difference. Anybody can do it and we are doing it in our own way. You don’t have to be a famous or rich person in order to make a difference in this world. We are making kindness rocks to show our support. We painted kindness rocks in the colors of gray and maroon (Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School colors) with kind words to show love and support for the tragic event in Parkland. We are going to hide these kindness rocks for people to find so we can show our support for the families, the students, and the school.

Kindness rocks

Painting rocks for kindness have been a big part of our family since May of 2016. We decided to take action today by using our painted rocks to bring awareness to the dire need of kindness in our country. It was the perfect way to use our voice by taking action on our own terms. It’s important that we ALL get the opportunity to have our voice be heard. Thanks for listening!
